POSITION OVERVIEW

Project Manager, Operations will support operations for United Way’s Community Impact team (70%), Human Resources team (5%) and Donor Services team (25%). The Project Manager will develop and oversee grant-making, investment and grant management processes, as well as facilitate collection of semi-annual and annual performance data for all United Way’s community investments, including the Community Impact Fund, Emergency Food and Shelter Program, Stay-in-School initiative and other special grant programs and initiatives. The Project Manager will also serve as the Community Impact Team’s front line representative to agency partners, generating mass communications, responding to agency information requests and assisting agencies in navigating UWMC’s on-line grant management system.  The Project Manager will also provide technical and operational support for United Way’s E-Campaigns and employee recruitment, orientation and training/development processes.
