Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, the Manager, Planned Giving and Endowment is responsible for building a planned giving program and identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding prospective individual donors to ensure a strong base of ongoing financial support. The Manager is responsible for sustaining relationships with current major individual donors.  The Manager is also responsible for managing the Diamond Donor and Retiree segments and programs.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience with at least 3 years professional experience.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong planned giving background along with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain donor relatinships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research skills are a must.
